I am Mariano, former owner and chef of the Bohemio restaurant in S’Arracó for 10 years. Now I enjoy serving, attending and cooking for my clients in their homes. I am Argentine and I enjoy cooking with fire. I cook everything: vegetables, fish and meat. I am also a specialist in paellas. Grilled or not, you decide.
